Here are the steps in the process.

Check your email
An automatic confirmation email will be sent very shortly. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive. Make sure you check your spam folder if you don’t see it. The email will contain instructions and a link to to the customer survey.
Invite customers to give you their feedback
Follow the instructions and invite customers to complete the survey via email, social media or your website.
Send a friendly reminder to the customers you invited
The process is anonymous so we do not have names and email addresses to follow up. To maximise the response rate and the benefits of feedback, we recommend that you send some friendly reminders to the customers you invited.
We will monitor & send your report when ready
The Survey Space reporting process is instantaneous. However, it sometimes takes a little while for customers to get around to completing the survey. When there are sufficient responses we will send your report. Sending friendly reminders will help to speed things up.
We will also update you if the process is taking a bit too long.
