Australian co-founders, Mark and Dave, have a combined 40+ years experience in surveys and feedback. Their belief in the power of feedback led them on the journey to build a powerful survey software tool.

Dave Ridgway

Dave combines his software development skills with nearly 20 years in the field of surveys and feedback. He was the lead software developer for an Australian survey software company prior to cofounding Survey Space.

Dave’s technical expertise includes PHP & Javascript development, Database development, Application design, Delphi based software development, User Interface design & usability testing, Icon design, hardware & software consulting and website design and development. He is fastidious about developing great code.

Dave is Australian and based in Poland.

Survey Space understands the importance of data security as well as data location. We offer a choice of Australian server or an international server to host client survey data.

Survey Space accounts are hosted with either a leading US-based provider, Liquid Web (www.liquidweb.com) or an Australian provider, Digital Pacific (www.digitalpacific.com.au). They have decades of experience in hosting web applications and provide exemplary service and technical administration. In addition to their EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework compliance, Liquid Web also fully complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our managed hosting platform is supported 24/7/365 by administrators responsible for the operation of the server and security. Systems are in place to automatically issue alerts should any technical issues or breaches arise. To date we’ve had zero security incidents.
